Administrative Assistant

The successful candidate will train on all positions within the Customer Service team (order entry, scheduling, expediting, reception, general administrative duties) and Customer Service (provide lead times, change/cancel orders, general problem solving).  The position will be expected to provide back up to all positions within the team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
Reliable and dependable

Hours:  8.30 to 5pm

2 years experience preferred
