Nailor D0100 Series 1 ½ hour rated Dynamic Curtain Fire Dampers are UL approved for use where local building codes require the protection of HVAC ductwork penetrations in walls, partitions or floors that have a fire resistance rating of up to 2 hours.
Nailor D0100 Series Dynamic Curtain Fire Dampers feature a standard 4 1/4" frame, stainless steel closure springs for assured closure under airflow, and corrosion resistant steel frame and blades for lasting performance. Choice of transition styles, factory installed sleeves to suit duct size, and Quick-Set retaining angle options make installation fast and simple.
Nailor D0104-1X Series Integral Sleeve Dynamic Curtain Fire Dampers include an integral roll formed 4 1/4" frame and sleeve in a single unit. These dampers are a cost effective solution within a limited size and sleeve length range. Stainless steel closure springs for assured closure under airflow and corrosion resistant steel frame and blades for lasting performance.
Series D01X4HY Hybrid Fire Dampers are designed for larger duct sizes that exceed the size limitations of dynamic curtain fire dampers and are a more economical solution than a multi-blade fire damper.
Nailor D0100G Series Grille Mount Curtain Fire Dampers feature a special factory sleeve with unique 3/4" (19) grille mounting flanges, that simplifies installation, saves on field labor, and eliminates the requirements for unsightly front retaining angles which commonly protrude from behind the grille. Steel grille with correctly located countersunk screwholes is available from Nailor and installs over and completely hides the mounting flanges.
Nailor's Out of Wall (or floor) Curtain Fire Dampers are specifically designed for use in common steel stud drywall partition designs as narrow as 3 1/2" (89), where a traditional "within the plane of the wall" fire damper installation is not possible.
