1 ½ Hour Label

Nailor 0100, 0200, and 0300 Series 1 ½ hour rated Static Curtain Fire Dampers are UL approved for use where local building codes require the protection of HVAC ductwork penetrations in walls, partitions or floors that have a fire resistance rating of up to 2 hours. Classified for use in static "fans off" systems where the HVAC system turns off in the event of a fire.

Standard 4 1/4" frame static curtain type dampers feature corrosion resistant steel frame and blades for lasting performance. Choice of transition styles, factory installed sleeves to suit duct size, and Quick-Set retaining angle options make installation fast and simple.

Integral Sleeve Static Curtain Fire Dampers include an integral roll formed 4 1/4" frame and sleeve in a single unit. These dampers are a cost effective solution within a limited size and sleeve length range. Choice of transition styles, factory installed sleeves to suit duct size, and Quick-Set retaining angle options make installation fast and simple.

Thinline curtain type fire dampers are only 2" (51) deep and permit installation in narrow fire partitions, transfer openings, behind grilles or in any application where clearance is restricted.

Model 0310V/H Wide Frame Static Curtain Fire Dampers are ideal for use when maximum free area is desired in situations where space or design does not yield room for a Type B damper style. The wide frame desing reduces the total number of blades in the blade pack, maximizing free area for a Type A damper.

Grille mount curtain fire dampers feature a special factory sleeve with unique 3/4" (19) grille mounting flanges, that simplifies installation, saves on field labor, and eliminates the requirements for unsightly front retaining angles which commonly protrude from behind the grille. Steel grille with correctly located countersunk screwholes is available from Nailor and installs over and completely hides the mounting flange

Nailor's Out of Wall (or floor) Curtain Fire Dampers are specifically designed for use in common steel stud drywall partition designs as narrow as 3 1/2" (89), where a traditional "within the plane of the wall" fire damper installation is not possible.

Designed for garbage chute applications. The damper housing is oversized to ensure the blade curtain, closure springs, and fusible link are unobstructed. The round collar is oversized for direct attachment to the outside of the garbage chute.
