Nailor 51S, 51D, 61S, 61S, and 67S Series Supply Grilles and Registers feature front and rear adjustable blades for supply air applications. They are available in corrosion-resistant steel, extruded aluminum, or stainless steel construction. 

Model Series 5145, 5155, 6145, 6155, 6745, 6755, 51F, 61F, and 67F grilles and registers are available in cost effective, corrosion-resistant steel, premium quality extruded aluminum or stainless steel construction. The blades are formed to a streamlined contoured cross-section and are fixed at either 45° or 0° for return air applications.

Nailor 61DC, 61SC, 51DC, 51SC, and 61LC Series Curved Spiral Duct Supply Grilles are for use in exposed spiral duct applications. The design features individually adjustable blades that provide maximum flexibility to meet space requirements. Available in steel or aluminum single or double deflection and extruded aluminum linear slot face configurations.

Nailor 5145HC, 5155HC, 6145HC, 5155HC, 51PRC, and 61PRC Series Curved Spiral Duct Supply Grilles are for use in exposed spiral duct return air applications. The design features a true full radius design that provides an architecturally superior appearance . Available in steel or aluminum single louvered face or aluminum perforated face configurations.

Nailor 71D and 71S Series Airfoil Blade Grilles and Registers are recommended for supply air applications in systems requiring maximum flexibility. Blades are adjustable and individually pivoted to ensure positive positioning when adjusted to desired deflection setting. Optional roll-formed steel opposed blade damper has a screw driver slot operator accessible through face of register.

Nailor 71F and 7145 Series Airfoil Blade Grilles and Registers feature fixed horizontal airfoil blades spaced on 3/4" (19) centers with 45° or 0° straight face deflection, ideal for return air applications. They have been dsigned and constructed to compliment their supply model counterparts.

Nailor 51C, 51CD, 61C, and 61CD Series Curved Blade Grilles and Registers are designed to meet the demand for top quality and competitive prices. They provide an unobtrusive appearance essential for architectural excellence. Available in a 1, 2, 3, or 4-way discharge pattern in steel or aluminum construction. Optional opposed blade damper has a screwdriver slot operator.

Nailor 51EC, 51EC45, 61EC, and 67EC Series Eggcrate Grilles and Registers feature high free area and a clean, crisp architectural look. Available in a standard grid size of 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/2" with 1/2" x 1/2" x 1" or 1" x 1" x 1" grids optional. A variety of frame types and mounting options are available to suit any application.

Nailor 51PR, 61PR, and 67PR Series Perforated Grilles and Registers feature a high free area perforated face and is available in a choice of aluminum, steel or stainless steel construction. Their general appearance matches and compliments the Nailor 4300 Series Perforated Supply Diffusers. Optional roll-formed steel opposed blade damper has a removable key operator or screwdriver adjustment through the face of the register with a special access hole.

Nailor 51F, 61F, and 67F Series Filter Grilles, available in steel or aluminum construction, have been designed for quick access to 1” (25) or 2" (51) throw away type filter (by others) and for complete grille removal to aid in cleaning. They have designed to match and compliment their standard Nailor Return Grille and Register counterparts.

Nailor 51DG and 61DG Series Door Grilles are designed to be completely sight proof and unobtrusive in appearance. Available in either steel or aluminum construction with either single or double flange frame options. A fire-rated version is also available.

Nailor 51RC and 51RCD Reversible Core Grilles and Registers allow a versatile combination of four different deflections and is removable without the need of special tools. Optional deflector vanes and an opposed blade damper are available for additional air control.

These extruded aluminum drum louvers are appropriate when high volumes of air are used and in spot heating and cooling applications. A split-vane style and a pole operating bracket are available.

The industrial supply grilles and registers have contoured airfoil blades that are extruded aluminum and are available with either 1 1/2" (38) or 3" (76) blade spacing. The heavy gauge, 1 1/4" (32) frame includes reinforced and staked mitered corners.

Lattice face grilles are available in heavy gauge aluminum, steel and stainless steel construction with a selection of hole patterns to choose from. Countersunk screw holes and mounting screws are optional.

Nailor offers an extensive selection of accessories and options for grilles and registers. Accessories include air balancing devices (OBD), air extractors (EX), and a variety of mounting frames, including the (PF) grille plaster frame. Grille options consist of special finishes, gaskets (GK), alternative frames (PLS, FPS, PLA, FPA) and a variety of other items.

This supply air grille has adjustable rear vanes for directional control. The fixed extruded aluminum front blades are supported by a deep profile cross bar for strength.

Model Series 5130-HD and 51F-HD Heavy Duty Return Grilles and Registers are designed to combine heavy duty aluminum construction and pleasing architectural design. They are constructed to offer the strength and durability required to withstand abuse in applications such as schools, gymnasiums, stairwells, hotels and other locations requiring strong impact resistance.

Nailor 61-HD Series Heavy Duty Supply Grilles are offered with both single and double deflection blades. The adjustability of the blade is 0° – 40° deflection and they are spaced on 1/2" (13) centers. The double deflection rear blades are spaced on 3/4" (19) centers.

Heavy gauge frame and blades and all welded construction make this series of grilles and registers extremely durable. These models are perfect for locations that require strong impact resistance. The blades are spaced on 1/2" (13) centers.

Model Series 6755-HD grilles are used mainly for return air applications that require strength and durability in corrosive or high humidity environments. The frame is welded and the blades are spaced on 1/2" (13) centers and reinforced with a mullion on 8" (203) centers.
