41V Series Vertical Floor Unit
The slender design makes this unit ideal for perimeter heating and cooling applications in hotels, offices, hospitals, and other public buildings. The coil section of the 41V is lined with fiberglass insulation to provide positive protection against sweating and maximum dampening of noise. Standard 41V units are provided with a galvanized finish. The 41V Series is available in concealed and exposed chassis. Features include: PSC and 3-speed ECM. Two or four pipe hydronic connections. World Day for Safety and Health at Work

Today is National World Safety Day and “Workplace Stress: a collective challenge” is the theme of the campaign. Nailor Industries, Inc. understands the importance of trying to tackle stress in the workplace and has provided multiple stress reducing activities for our employees.  Earlier this year Nailor launched a workplace wellness program, which encourages our employees to live healthier and teaches them how to reduce stress and muscle strain while on the job.  We have implemented an on-the-job stretching routine which takes place at the start of each workday. History of the Louver

How old is the louver? According to historians, the louver is approximately 1500 years old. Created during the Middle Ages in Europe, the first construction was thought to be on the rooftops of kitchens providing air circulation and preventing outside elements from penetrating the room. The first louvers were constructed of several types of materials such as old wood or recycled staves from barrels, scrap metal, and ceramic. During this time in more sophisticated construction, designers would fabricate louvers from clay to impersonate human faces or animals. These unique pieces of pottery would be placed on building and the steam, smoke and/or debris would ventilate from the hollow eyes, noses, and mouths.  Today’s modern louvers are made of either… Read more

Nailor Leadership & AHRI head to Capital Hill

Nailor's V.P. of Engineering, Gus Faris, and other AHRI members from across the country attended the 2016 AHRI Public Policy Symposium. The sessions included a series of discussion panels on policy issues and meetings with legislators on Capitol Hill. More than 33 AHRI member companies were represented at the symposium, and more than 20 meetings were held with legislators. AHRI members called for technical corrections to the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, research support, and tax reform.
